Lazy Bird Cafe is the culmination of Lauren’s 15 plus years spent in the food industry. With a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University, Lauren’s passion for preparing food is highlighted through serving high-quality coffee and food made with love. After working in various restaurants throughout New England, from a bar & grill, to fine dining, to farm to table, I found myself gravitating towards the cafe scene. After many late nights cooking and serving I decided to make a change and took a position managing a brand new cafe and bakery. Becoming more and more interested in fair trade coffee, and wanting to share the knowledge and experience with anyone willing to take a sip.
